The shared foundation

One governance model.
Domain-specific integration.

Sentryn Governance Operating System is the common platform direction behind Airspace, Robotics and Maritime. Shared authority and evidence concepts connect to the operational semantics of each domain.

Input

Identity & context

The system, requested operation and current operating state.

Outcome

Decision & evidence

The evaluation result and a traceable record of the relevant context.

Conceptual architecture, not a specification of generally available functionality.

Make the boundary explicit.

Observe & record

Receive operational state and document events. No control of the connected system is implied.

Evaluate & advise

Evaluate defined rules and inform the responsible operator. Advisory warnings are not execution enforcement.

Integrated authority

A specific integration can make an action depend on a permission decision. This requires a separately defined and validated execution boundary.

Shared does not
mean identical.

The governance model is intended to be reusable. Flight, ground movement and maritime operations still require their own interfaces, response semantics and evidence of correct integration.

One platform. Three product families.Scope is explicit for each integration.

Define the decision. Then test the boundary.

A practical governance evaluation starts with what a connected system may do, under whose authority and on the basis of which observations. It should also state what remains outside Sentryn.

Monitoring and governance

Monitoring supplies observations. A scoped governance assessment relates those observations to the applicable permission or constraint. Observing an event is not the same as having authority over the connected system.

Decision and execution

An assessment only governs execution where a defined interface makes the action conditional on that assessment. Timeouts, stale state and controller acknowledgements belong in the integration specification.

Governance and safety assurance

Permissions and decision records do not establish physical safety on their own. Existing safety controls, operator responsibilities and any assurance or certification process remain separate.

An inspectable evaluation

Agree the actor, operation, constraint, input-quality assumptions and expected response. Then compare the assessment with the observed outcome, recording limitations rather than inferring a successful action.
